Fall / Winter Rates are in effect from October 18 to May 9.
If you have any questions or want to inquire about our off-season rates, please contact us at 877-887-9218 or email us at info@rrwoods.com. All rooms have a private bath, TV. All units except Bunkhouse Units have king size beds. Bunkhouse Units have queen beds.
All pricing reflects 1 or 2 people per unit, there is an additional $25 per person per night charge when there are more than two people per unit.

Payment Policy
Visa and MasterCard are accepted. NO personal checks are accepted. Reservations are secured by first night’s stay. Non-event reservations require 21 days cancellation notice for Holiday/Special Events. Full payment is due upon check-in. Holiday/Special events may require a minimum stay of 3 nights or more. Additional guests are $25 per guest per night.
Cancellation Policy
14 days minimum advance notice for Holiday/Special Events cancellations, 30 days’ notice required for Lazy Bear Weekend. $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of 1 night’s stay.
